Resepi Kuih Lapis Kacang Merah Bahan Gunakan Loyang 11 inci x 11 inci ( A ) 525 gm Gula Castor / halus ( B ) 1 pkt ( 500 gm ) Tepung Beras ( Cap Teratai ) ( C ) 300 gm Kacang Merah Kecil direndam 1 malam , basuh , rebus hingga empuk kemudian timbang selepas direbus. 1.Masak Bahan ( A ) sehingga mendidih. 2.Satukan semua bahan ( B ) dan campurkaan dengan bahan ( A ). 3.Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian. 4.Pastikan putih 800 ml. 5.Selebihnya untuk warna merah ( Rose pink lebih kurang 4 @ 5 titik ) 6.Mulakan melapis 500 ml merah , 400 ml putih , 350 ml merah, Dikukus setiap satu lapis lebih kurang 5 minit. 7.700 ml merah + kacang merah ( dikisar sekejap aje ) kemudian kukus 7 minit. 8.350 ml merah, kukus 5 minit. 9.400 ml putih dikukus 5 minit. 10.350 ml merah yang ditambahkan sedikit lagi pewarna. Kukus hingga masak. * Lap atas kuih sekiranya terdapat lebihan air wap Gunakan plastik yang disapu minyak / marjeri dalam loyang – bagi memudahkan mengeluarkan kuih talam yang dikukus dalam Loyang, potong menggunakan pisauplastik @ pisau potong kek birthday. Kini chef obie ingin kongsikan kepada anda pula yang sentiasa menyokong aktiviti dan kerja yang chef obie lakukan.Sila gunakan resepi ini sebaik mungkin, resepi ini sesuai untuk berniaga .Semoga kite same-same mendapat kebaikan.Enjoy! Sarawak adalah salah satu daripada 2 negeri di Pulau Borneo Malaysia..Dikenali sebagai Bumi Kenyalang.Sarawak juga terkenal dengan pelbagai jenis makanan & mungkin di tempat kita tidak terdapat makanan tersebut..Kalau pergi Sarawak wajib cuba makanan ini..Mana tempat pun kita pergi dekat Kuching itu mesti jumpa Mee Sapi / Mee Kolok , Laksa Sarawak,Mee Kuching,Kueh Teow Tomato,Manuk Pansuh,Tebaloi,Umai & Ayam Penyet. Banyak lagi sebenarnya. Ini adalah Laksa Sarawak..Laksa merupakan makanan kegemaran masyarakat Malaysia terutama masyarakat Cina.Laksa Sarawak walaupun kuahnya nampak seperti kari ,tetapi sebenarnya bukanlah seperti rasa mee kari..Laksa Sarawak rasa lemak,& dicampur dengan daging ayam rebus yang dicarik-carik,tauge rebus separuh masak,udang rebus,hirisan telur dadar & beberapa bahan lain...Laksa Sarawak dihidangkan bersama sambal belacan & limau kasturi...
