Resepi Kuih Lapis Kacang Merah...

Resepi Kuih Lapis Kacang Merah

Bahan

Gunakan Loyang 11 inci x 11 inci

( A )

525 gm Gula Castor / halus
1100ml Air
5 helai daun Pandan ( digunting pendek )

( B )

1 pkt ( 500 gm ) Tepung Beras ( Cap Teratai )
50 gm Tepung Ubi
1 ½ sudu kecil Garam Halus
500 ml Santan Pekat
1100 ml Air

( C )

300 gm Kacang Merah Kecil direndam 1 malam , basuh , rebus hingga empuk kemudian timbang selepas direbus.
Pewarnna Pink
Cara membuat:

1.Masak Bahan ( A ) sehingga mendidih.

2.Satukan semua bahan ( B ) dan campurkaan dengan bahan ( A ).

3.Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian.

4.Pastikan putih 800 ml.

5.Selebihnya untuk warna merah ( Rose pink lebih kurang 4 @ 5 titik )

6.Mulakan melapis 500 ml merah , 400 ml putih , 350 ml merah, Dikukus setiap satu lapis lebih kurang 5 minit.

7.700 ml merah + kacang merah ( dikisar sekejap aje ) kemudian kukus 7 minit.

8.350 ml merah, kukus 5 minit.

9.400 ml putih dikukus 5 minit.

10.350 ml merah yang ditambahkan sedikit lagi pewarna. Kukus hingga masak.

* Lap atas kuih sekiranya terdapat lebihan air wap

Gunakan plastik yang disapu minyak / marjeri dalam loyang – bagi memudahkan mengeluarkan kuih talam yang dikukus dalam Loyang, potong menggunakan pisauplastik @ pisau potong kek birthday.

  Sarawak adalah salah satu daripada 2 negeri di Pulau Borneo Malaysia..Dikenali sebagai Bumi Kenyalang.Sarawak juga terkenal dengan pelbagai jenis makanan & mungkin di tempat kita tidak terdapat makanan tersebut..Kalau pergi Sarawak wajib cuba makanan ini..Mana tempat pun kita pergi dekat Kuching itu mesti jumpa Mee Sapi / Mee Kolok , Laksa Sarawak,Mee Kuching,Kueh Teow Tomato,Manuk Pansuh,Tebaloi,Umai & Ayam Penyet. Banyak lagi sebenarnya.

Ini adalah Laksa Sarawak..Laksa merupakan makanan kegemaran masyarakat Malaysia terutama masyarakat Cina.Laksa Sarawak walaupun kuahnya nampak seperti kari ,tetapi sebenarnya bukanlah seperti rasa mee kari..Laksa Sarawak rasa lemak,& dicampur dengan daging ayam rebus yang dicarik-carik,tauge rebus separuh masak,udang rebus,hirisan telur dadar & beberapa bahan lain...Laksa Sarawak dihidangkan bersama sambal belacan & limau kasturi... 

LAKSA SARAWAK....

  • Menggunakan santan kelapa
  • Kuah pekat kemerahan tidak menggunakan kari sebaliknya menggunakan pes asli Laksa Sarawak.
  • Tidak menggunakan tauhu sumbat.
  • Dihidang dengan bihun sahaja.
  • Dihidang bersama telur dadar atau telur rebus.
  • Udang atau ayam sebagai hiasan.

Ok... Inilah Mee Kolok..Mee Kolok asalnya bukanlah makanan asal bumiputera Sarawak..Mee Kolok adalah makanan yang dibawa oleh masyarakat Cina yang berhijrah ke Sarawak.. Bezanya Mee Kolok dengan Mee Sapi adalah jenis mee itu..Mee Kolok ini menggunakan mee sanggul & dihidangkan bersama sup & kicap...Bagi yang baru pertama kali merasai Mee Kolok ini,sudah tentu anda merasakan ianya istimewa & sedap kerana penggunaan mee sanggul serta dicampur dengan hirisan daging atau ayam yang direbus terlebih dahulu ini sememangnya menyelerakan....Terdapat beberapa istilah yang merujuk kepada Mee Kolok iaitu Mee Kolok(Melayu),Kampua(Cina),Mee Rangkai & Mee Kering(Iban)...

Kelupis adalah sejenis kuih tradisional di Sarawak,Sabah dan Brunei..Kelupis merupakan hidangan istimewa yang sedap dihidang panas dan mudah didapati dari pasar tamu...Kelupis dibuat dari beras pulut dan santan yang dibungkus dalam daun Nyirik...Kelupis kemudiannya direbus dalam santan...Kelupis boleh dihidang bersama kari ayam atau daging,rendang,sambal dan banyak lagi....

  Ulat Mulong adalah larva kumbang yang bersarang di dalam batang pokok rumbia yang sudah reput... Ulat Mulong terutama yang gemuk boleh dinikmati menerusi pelbagai jenis masakan samada digoreng bersama kicap,disalai,dibuat sup atau dijadikan sate.... 

Ambuyat adalah sejenis hidangan yang berasal dari bahagian batang dalam sagu sawit...Ambuyat juga adalah bahan berkanji yang hambar sama dengan ubi kanji....Ia juga dikenali sebagai Linut....Ambuyat dimakan dengan garpu buluh yang dipanggil Chandas,dengan menggolekkan kanji sekitar mata garfu dan kemudian mencelupkannya ke dalam sos.....

Tebaloi ialah sejenis biskut sagu yang merupakan makanan tradisional masyarakat Melanau.Bahan utama Tebaloi ialah sagu...Makanan ini banyak dieksport ke luar negara & merupakan sejenis makanan tradisional Sarawak yang mempunyai permintaan yang tinggi...

Inilah Mee Kuching...Mee Kuching ini popular di kalangan masyarakat Sarawak tetapi tidaklah sepopular Laksa Sarawak & Mee Kolok...Mee ini senang didapati di kedai makanan Cina,restoran & medan selera di pusat beli belah di Sarawak...Mee Kuching juga dikenali sebagai Mee Dawai kerana mee ini keras & rangup semasa dihidangkan...

This country is known for its stunning sights and attractions. We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers.  Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience.

There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay?

Tamil Community celebrates festival named "Thaipusam". It's a unique festival that is worth seeing. It can be best observed at Batu Caves in Selangor or Penang, in Januanry.

Chinese New Year is celebrated in February and last for 15 days. You can enjoy lion dances, fireworks, and delicious Chinese meal.

In April, Good Friday and Malaysia Water Festival are celebrated.

Malaysia is not less than a heaven for shopaholics. Super international brands have covered Malaysian market and have luxury stores here. Sales at shopping mall attract many tourists every year. Mega Sales held on Christmas and Independence Day and last up to two months.

Utama, BB Plaza, Fahrenheit88, Lot10, Plaza Low Yat, Suria KLCC and Sogo are some remarkable shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur.

Summer season is mild, and usually climate is pleasant in Malaysia so you can visit it in all seasons. Anyhow, December and January are two peak tourists' seasons.  From June until August is also a good time to enjoy beaches activities.
