This country is known for its stunning sights and attractions. We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers.  Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience.

There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay?

TRAVEL WITH HANI: Local Food Yang Anda Patut Cuba <b>di Sarawak</b>

Baru-baru ni TWH ada urusan kerja di Sarawak and that was my first time pergi Sarawak. TWH fikir Sarawak ni boring dan tiada apa-apa yang menarik di situ. Namun demikian, sangkaan TWH ternyata salah. Punyalah banyak local food di Sarawak yang TWH tak pernah jumpa di semenanjung. Jadi untuk post kali ni, TWH nak share sikit antara makanan yang TWH sempat try sepanjang 4 hari 3 malam di Sarawak. 

#Mee Kolok

Mee kolok sangat popular di Sarawak. Kalau sebut je mee kolok semua orang tahu ia adalah makanan tradisi Sarawak dan kalau sebut Sarawak je perkara pertama yang akan terlintas di fikiran kita adalah mee kolok seolah-olah makanan tradisi Sarawak hanya mee kolok. Hakikatnya, masih ada banyak lagi makanan tradisi Sarawak yang kita boleh explore. 

# Linut


Kalau di Sabah, linut dikenali sebagai Ambuyat. Linut diperbuat daripada sago dan sedikit melekit seperti rupa gam. Biasanya linut dimakan bersama-samma sambal belacan atau dengan kuah sup. Makanan ini sangat unik pada pendapat TWH tapi tekak TWH tak boleh terima satu mangkuk linut. Setakat 2 atau 3 suap masih ok lagi... sebab lama-lama makan rasa muak pula. Kalau anda ingin mencuba linut, anda boleh mencubanya di Pak Amit Cafe. Restaurant ini mula buka pada pukul 7 pagi dan tutup pada pukul 11 malam.  

# Nasi Goreng Dabai

Nasi goreng dabai adalah nasi goreng yang dicampurkan dengan buah dabai. Kalau anda tak pernah tengok rupa buah dabai, beginilah dia rupanya... Rasanya pun sangat sedap.. lain dari yang lain... 

Btw, nasi goreng dabai ini juga boleh didapati di Pak Amit Cafe. 

# Tumpik

Tumpik ni ala-ala lempeng la juga... Ia diperbuat daripada sagu dan kelapa parut. Seriously rasanya sangat sedap dan tak muak. Nampak macam biasa je kannn...

# Laksa Sarawak

Berbeza dengan laksa utara, laksa sarawak kelihatan seperti mee kari... ala-ala laksa johor. Bezanya laksa johor guna spageti manakala laksa sarawak menggunakan mihun. Namun demikian, rasanya tetap sedap. TWH tak suka compare laksa mana-mana negeri pun sebab pada TWH, setiap makanan tradisi di negeri tertentu mempunyai keunikannya tersendiri.

# Udang Masak Terung Asam

Nampak mcam simple tapi rasanya sangat sedap. Menurut kata penduduk tempatan di Kuching, terung asam ini cuma ada di Sarawak sahaja. Jadi, rugilah kalau pergi ke Sarawak tanpa mencuba masakan terung asam tu. Anda boleh mencubanya di Restoran Lepau. Just guna waze. 

#Umai 

Umai udang
Umai Belut

TWH sempat merasa 2 jenis umai iaitu umai belut dan umai udang. Kalau nak dibandingkan kedua-dua umai ini, TWH rasa TWH lebih prefer umai belut. Rasanya lebih sedap.. Atau mungkin cara masak yang berbeza. Umai belut TWH try di Wee Kang Ais Kacang manakala umai udang pila TWH try di Restoran Lepau.

#Jagung Susu Milo

Di Swee Kang Ais Kacang ini juga terdapat jagung susu tambah milo. Sedap dan unik. Jarang jumpa dekat area semenanjung. Dulu housemate lama TWH orang Sabah Sarawak... Ada la beberapa kali mereka buatkan jagung susu dan TWH sempat merasa sedikit. Simple je cara buat dia. Just guna jagung dan susu sahaja. 

#Ayam Pansuh

Apa yang unik dengan ayam pansuh ni adalah, ayam tersebut dimasak di dalam buluh macam buat lemang. Makanan ini sangat popular di Sarawak, sangat unik dan sangat sedap. Rugi kalau datang Sarawak tak cuba ayam Pansuh. Boleh try di Restoran Lepau.

#Nasi Beras Bario

Beras Bario adalah beras dari padi huma yang di tanam di sebuah tempat bernama Bario. Beras ini dinamakan sebagai beras bario sempena nama asal usul beras tersebut. Beras ini terdapat 2 warna iaitu warna putih dan warna perang. Di Lepau, TWH berkesempatan untuk merasa nasi beras bario yang berwarna perang dan dibungkus di dalaum daun. 

Jadi, apa yang TWH boleh simpulkan di sini adalah... makanan di Sarawak best best belaka sampai masuk hospital .... Terpaksalah TWH bersukan lebih sikit lepas ni..... huuuuu....

Linut <b>Makanan</b> Tradisi Masyarakat Melanau <b>Sarawak</b> - Luar TeKo

Linut adalah salah satu makanan tradisi atau ruji masyarakat Melanau di Sarawak. Namun kini, linut turut menjadi lambang antara makanan tradisi Sarawak yang harus dicuba oleh pengunjung dari luar. Bahan utama untuk membuat linut adalah tepung lemantak atau lebih dikenali sebagai tepung sagu. Tepung sagu perlu dicampur dengan air panas mendidih untuk membentuk teksture linut yang halus dan gebus. Untuk menambah kesedapan makan linut ni, kebiasaannya akan digandingkan dengan masakan sayur keladi atau sambal asam dan sambal belacan cair.
