I am going to take you to a country which is full of islands. Any guess? Yes, you are right. It's Malaysia. There are878 islands in Malaysia. This country is known for its stunning sights and attractions. We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience.

There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay?

Sarawak Laksa recipe

Sarawak Laksa Paste
Ingredients: 200 gm estimates
8 pcs shallots *
4 cloves garlic *
10-12 dried chillies *
1 inch ginger *
1 sk coriander
1 sk aniseed
Cumin 1 sk
3 hard pieces of fruit *
2-3 stalks lemongrass *
1 inch grilled shrimp paste *
1/4 cup peanuts ( roasted )
1/4 cup sesame seeds ( fried without oil )
pinch of salt
a little oil for stir fry
Ways :
Blend ingredients finely marked * .
Materials such as aniseed / white , cilantro , peanuts and sesame seeds are ground / crushed into powder prior to consolidation with materials marked with * .
Heat the oil . Saute ingredients just until browned . Add salt and a little sugar . Stir average.
Store in a covered container and place in the refrigerator if you wish to save time.
Sarawak Laksa ( Recipe II )
materials : approximately 6 people eat
200 g paste or flavoring laksa ( laksa paste DJs use HJ Manan )
enough chicken ( boiled and shredded finely )
1/2 pound of fresh shrimp
1 packet of vermicelli (soaked and blanched )
4 eggs ( didadarkan and finely sliced )
2 stalks lemon grass ( crushed )
200-250 ml coconut milk
salt and sugar to taste
bean sprouts ( blanched )
little cilantro ( clipped )
sufficient lime (halved )
Ways :
Prepare 2 liters of water in a saucepan . Boil . Then add the cleaned shrimp with lemon grass. Boil until shrimp are cooked. Then drain the shrimp. A decoction of yesteryear not removed . Instead enter the laksa paste and stir over low heat . (May add water if necessary) .
Add coconut milk and season with salt and a little sugar .
Put vermicelli into a bowl, add ingredients such as bean sprouts , egg , cilantro, chicken and eggs . Pour the broth and Squeeze with lime . Serve hot - hot . To cozy up to the taste , add a bit of dried prawn sambal .
Dried Shrimp Sambal Recipes
ingredients :
6 red onion (blended )
2 cloves garlic (blended )
grilled shrimp paste (blended )
a handful of dried shrimps ( milled / crushed into powder )
4-5 tbsp chilli paste / chili adequately grounded
tamarind juice
salt and sugar
Car- way :
Saute the ingredients and blend until just now breaking ground chili oil . Season with salt and sugar and add the tamarind juice . Stir until it thickens .

Bazar Ramadan Bina Mara sering dikunjungi kerana lokasinya strategik, dekat pusat bandar

KUCHING: Bazar Ramadan di sekitar bandar raya ini tidak hanya dikunjungi warga kota bahkan golongan pelancong asing.

Tinjauan Utusan Borneo di Bazar Ramadan Bina Mara semalam mendapati ia menjadi bazar yang gemar dikunjungi pelancong luar negara kerana lokasinya yang strategik serta berdekatan dengan pusat bandar.

George Reid, 20 dari Scotland berkata, pengalaman bercuti selama tiga minggu di Sarawak akan menjadi pengalaman yang paling indah dalam hidupnya kerana berkesempatan merasai suasana Ramadan di Malaysia.

"Saya memang mengambil keputusan untuk bercuti lama di sini (Kuching) iaitu selama tiga minggu dan tidak menyangka rupanya masyarakat Islam kini menyambut Ramadan.

"Jadi, saya berkesempatan melihat sendiri suasana berpuasa di sini dan sering berjalan ke bazar yang berbeza setiap hari untuk melihat juadah tempatan yang dijual di bazar," katanya ketika ditemui.

Jelas George, beliau tidak sabar untuk kembali ke negaranya sendiri dan menceritakan pengalaman manis ketika mengunjungi bazar Ramadan sepanjang berada di Kuching.

Kasper Hermansen, 22, yang berasal dari Denmark pula berkata pengalaman mengunjungi bazar Ramadan merupakan sesuatu yang baharu dalam hidupnya.

"Saya tidak pernah mengunjungi pameran makanan seumpama ini sebelum ini dan ini merupakan pengalaman pertama saya.

"Masyarakat di sini menunjukkan perpaduan yang sangat saya kagumi di mana melalui aktiviti menjual makanan di bawah satu gerai, mereka juga pada masa sama menunjukkan sikap toleransi serta berkongsi kemahiran dalam berniaga," katanya.

Selain itu, dia juga menyifatkan aktiviti jualan bazar itu menjadikan kita sebagai masyarakat yang menerima budaya yang pelbagai menerusi jualan makanan yang bermacam-macam yang ada dijual di bazar Ramadan.

Sementara itu, Ali Reza Seyedah Ahmadian, 26 dari Iran berkata, bazar Ramadan merupakan tempat dia dan rakan-rakan berkongsi juadah kegemaran.

"Berbeza dengan Iran, Kuching banyak menyediakan juadah makanan yang saya rasakan sangat pelbagai seperti nasi ayam penyet dan kek lapis yang semestinya menjadi kegemaran saya dan rakan-rakan.

"Kalau di Iran, saya menggemari Cholo Kebab Kobider iaitu sejenis makanan kebab nasi yang bersalutkan sos tomato barbeku… tetapi di sini, banyak juadah yang saya boleh pilih setiap hari," jelasnya.

Ali Reza menjelaskan, ini merupakan tahun kedua dia berpuasa di sini kerana bertugas sebagai pengurus operasi di salah sebuah hotel terkemuka di bandar raya ini.
